Simmulations, LLC began its journey in 1985. Founded in 1985 by Dr. Scott Simmerman, we began as Performance Management Company until we decided to update our name to Simmulations, LLC in 2024.
One of the first companies to specialize in gamification based organizational development exercises, we are proud to claim over 600,000 participants (that we know about) in over 40 countries have experienced our products.
Currently operated by Scott's son, Jeff Simmerman, we're striving to continue our tradition of developing impactful, meaningful exercises and Simmulations© that leave a lifelong impact on those who experience them.

An avid gamer and collaboration enthusiast, Jeff quite literally grew up around experiential learning games. With over 15 years of management experience in the restaurant, automotive service, and manufacturing industries, he officially took the reins of Performance Management Company in 2019 after working with PMC for the past 20+ years.
Scott Simmerman
Founder and (retired) Chief Advisor
Founding the company in 1984 and "retiring" in 2019, Scott has chosen to re-engage with the company to support the creation of useful tools for the new, remote workplace. All of PMC’s products are in a continued new development phase to better align with the motivational issues of the new workplace, fantastic tools made more, better and faster.
