Terms of Purchase & Licensing Agreement

Please review and acknowledge each term below before completing your order. By checking the boxes, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these legal terms:

Non-Transferable License: I understand that this license is strictly non-transferable and may not be resold, reassigned, or sublicensed without prior written authorization from Simmulations, LLC.
Facilitator Certification Requirement: I confirm that any facilitator delivering Saviors of Cultura™ (SoC/LDGM) is fully certified. I understand that non-certified delivery is prohibited and that additional certifications must be purchased individually.
Licensed Capacity Limit: I agree to run sessions only up to the licensed participant and session quantity purchased.
Consumable Materials Policy: I acknowledge that consumable items (including Maps, Team Stickers, Hats, SME Booklets, and Crew Reassignment Forms) are strictly single-use and cannot be photocopied or reused. Additional participant packs must be purchased directly through Simmulations, LLC or an Authorized Distributor.
Intellectual Property & Anti-Duplication: I agree not to alter, scan, reproduce, or duplicate any physical items, game assets, or documentation. Unauthorized reproduction or use outside this agreement will result in immediate forfeiture of materials/licenses and potential legal action.
International Partner Exclusivity & Session Fees: I agree that if I facilitate live sessions in countries with an exclusive Simmulations Territorial Partner, I must remit 10% of gross revenue or $2.50 per person (whichever is greater), excluding direct travel expenses and per diems.
- Current exclusive territories (as of Aug 23, 2026): Japan, Egypt, Romania, Moldova, Switzerland, Germany, UAE, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Governing Law: I agree that all legal disputes arising from this purchase and license agreement fall under the exclusive jurisdiction and authority of the State of South Carolina.
